Behind Every Chatkaaro Is One Woman's Answer to Her Own Craving.
Chatkaaro started the same way it's asking you the question right now — one woman in a Surat kitchen, figuring out which flavour she couldn't stop thinking about. Her name is Pooja Kakadiya, and this is still very much her kitchen.
Every dosa paper roll is poured from slow-fermented rice & urad dal batter, hand-roasted on seasoned cast iron tawas, and lightly dusted with secret spice blends. Zero deep-frying, zero palm oil, pure crisp magic.
