• Payment information: processed by our payment partner Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net banking). We never see or store your card, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials — they go directly to Cashfree's secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems.
• Communications: messages you send us on WhatsApp, email, or phone for order support, and their content.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, collected via standard server logs, cookies that keep your cart and session working, and the analytics and advertising tools described in the Cookies section below.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process, pack, and deliver your order, and to keep you updated on its status.
• To respond to support queries raised via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
• To issue refunds or replacements when applicable.
• To meet legal, tax, and FSSAI record-keeping requirements.
• To improve our website, products, and delivery experience.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, ever.

3. WhatsApp, SMS & Email Updates
